Adult Social Programs

Rexdale CHC offers a wide range of Adult Programs to encourage and empower adults through the exchange of issues, feelings, thoughts and life experiences with others who maybe experiencing similar issues. They share and learn skills to help them better their quality of life.

The program provide one hour exercise, one health and health related workshops, and light meal.
The programs are as follows:

• Adult Social
• Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• ESL – English Second Language
• Etobicoke Pre and Post Natal Nutrition Program ( EPPNP)
