Diabetes Support Group

Diabetes Support Group is a self managed group, participants with Diabetes Type 1 and Type 2  facilitated by Client Support Worker. The Group Meets once a month to support Group to help people with Diabetes to learn more about their illness and share their experiences. People with diabetes Type1 and Type2 can self refer and fill out a registration form every first Wednesday of the month.
