In 2007, the Rexdale Community Health Centre completed two comprehensive community engagement reports to confirm the key priorities of the Rexdale Community.

As a follow-up, the Rexdale Community Health Centre would like to hear your feedback about the report, and discuss how to better engage the community regarding key initiatives and activities.
