Rexdale Community Health Centre is excited to invite all staff, clients, families, and community members to our Seniors Information & Active Living Fair!

This free community event is open to adults 55+ and their families and will feature:
- 💙 Information booths from community organizations
- 🩺 Health screening clinics
- 🌱 Healthy living workshops
- 💪 Fitness demonstrations
- 🎉 Entertainment
- 🎁 Door prizes
- ☕ Refreshments

We encourage all staff to help spread the word by sharing this event with clients, participants, community partners, family, and friends who may be interested.
