Rexdale Community Health Centre provides a range of Health Promotion programs and services that address the social determinants by promoting healthy behaviors; creating supportive, welcoming environments; and encouraging healthy public policies while enabling people to increase control over and improve their health. Programs and services also address health equity issues and remove barriers to access. -
